The Dollar Energy Fund's Hardship
Program
assists eligible customers with their gas,
electric, and water bills.
Eligible customers receive a one-time grant applied
directly to their utility bill. All applicants must meet income,
payment, and utility guidelines.
People in Need is a community
based partner with the Dollar Energy Fund that
provides screening and intake services for applicants interested in
applying for the Dollar Energy Hardship Fund.
The Columbia Gas Customer Assistance Program (CAP)
offers an affordable payment plan to Columbia Gas for Pennsylvania
residential customers with low incomes. Customers interested in
applying for CAP should call the Columbia Universal
Service toll free number at 1-800-537-7431.
